The story behind Voyage sur la comète

Our love story with travel started back in 2012, when we were still in high school. We’d gone off for three weeks to explore Europe by coach: a trip across nearly nine countries that was enough to spark a genuine shared passion. Far more than just a youthful adventure, that summer gave us a taste for travel, and especially for planning it.

Over the years, we kept travelling the world, chasing the most beautiful destinations to get our thrills (at a reasonable price), digging up the best places and the most worthwhile deals.

Every time we got back, our friends and family would ask us to help them plan their own trips. So we’d give them our practical tips, our travel diaries, our favourites and our go-to spots.

Creating Voyage sur la comète then became an obvious step: our blog was born in 2019 out of the desire to share with as many people as possible everything needed to plan and pull off their next trip, calmly.
